By Janine Hughes

School is the most important institution in our country and the students must be in the right and very conducive environment to encourage and facilitate the leaning process more engaging, effective, and collaborative. This process is practiced in most states for the improvement of the schools based on the standards of medical evaluation model. Actually, this model was designed to monitor the academic system.

The districts are encouraged to participate into the program through the efforts of the principal or head administration. Computed scales will be taken according to the teacher's qualifications, educational instructions, facilities, and school's performance. Apart from that, the assessor will evaluate the academic discussions, number of students, and classrooms. This is what we call instructional rounds in education.

Suggestions and questions are being discussed while the on going of the program. This initiative really inspired a lot of educators in the country and supports the move. Most alumni graduates, professors, and retired teachers are doing volunteer work pursuing the aim of this organization. They are encouraging proprietors and principals to appreciate the program and take it as part of the system.

The very first stage in the program has to be about sending school representatives. They have the status of a facilitator. The trainings are conducted before the field activity. An organized round is then conducted. The target school has to make preparations as the host. School representatives are taught to use tools, making summarized reports, and collecting data.

The major goal is to spot the problems and issues which surround and affects the performance of teacher's and students. All students have to join and express their views through conferences, debates, and open talks. The organizers or facilitators can right away resolve the problems in the proper and effective solve and suit the situation.

Academic issues are the predicament to the school's progress. With the identification of its root cause, you will never make the suitable solution. Ask for helping hands from others who have the skills in performing prudent and objective evaluations. Just picture a situation wherein the solution does not match up. You will be wasting all the time, budget, and tiresome efforts.

A team of academic developers will help in formulating a system and correcting the mistakes committed. Much understanding with the issues has to be addressed with. For you to have a big picture about this program, this program aims to help schools through inquiry. It builds up a good relationship between the administration, principal, instructors, and students.

Unfortunately, some schools and other academic institutions have a different view on this. The program seems to invade the prerogative and decision making of the administrators or the principal. This kind of understanding is crooked. Outside evaluators can present objective and clear observation evidences, statistics, surveys, and interviews. This is better way of seeing it.

Scholastic camps, seminars, and workshops for both teachers and pupils are good venues for improving the leadership of the school in the handling of their own employees and students. Note that this involves collective effort and not purely on the program.
